Added a new test: TestFontDerivation.
Checked the output formats.
Does not work for any VectorGraphics format:
CGM, EMF, PDF, PS, SVG and SWF.
In SWF the angle is correct, but the offset is not.
This needs some revamping in the handling of fonts.
